Christa Specht February 19, 2016 Workforce 0 My name is Christa Specht and I am the brand new Accounting Clerk at National Able Network(Able)! At the start of my profession at Able, I was employed as a part-time temporary worker, and was on-boarded in November as a full-time employee. This place is a completely totally different tempo for me, however, I actually have loved my expertise up to now. Prior to coming to Able, I was in a management position within the finance trade for a number of years. I cherish my time spent in that career, nevertheless it was not personally fulfilling for me. I determined to take a while off from work and mirrored on my future and my profession goals. I began trying into applying for careers in the nonprofit sector, but received suggestions that I didn’t have enough nonprofit experience. But as luck would have it, I was quickly referred to a position at Able and they took an opportunity on me! I belie ve every little thing happens for a reason and I am so grateful for my time at Able. This team has given me expertise and exposure to the accounting world and the type of support that's conducive to growing and developing expertise. I am excited to keep learning more from each contact level, whereas supporting Able’s mission to organize at present’s communities to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
